Cancellation & Refund Policy

Lifeofline Movies is operated by Lifeofline Private Limited. Last updated 27 October 2026.

In short: cancel anytime and you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Payments taken twice or by mistake are refunded in full.

Cancelling

Open Account → Plan → Cancel renewal. No more charges are made, and Premium keeps working until the end of the current period. You can also cancel the UPI Autopay mandate in your UPI app.

Refunds

Premium (₹99) starts as soon as it is paid and unlocks every title immediately, so the fee for a period that has started is not refunded.
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged by mistake, email ibmhclms@gmail.com within 30 days and we refund the extra payment in full.
If a technical problem on our side stopped you watching for most of a paid period, write to us and we will extend your plan or refund that month.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually show them within 5 to 7 working days.
